The Shadow V is one of the best F3J contest models in our range, with a wing span of just under 3.7m and a weight from around 2000g ready to fly! With 74dm2 of wing area this model will out float the rest. The model handles extremely well and has the feel of a smaller span model. The fuselage is constructed from carbon/kevlar and is 2.4GHz friendly. The Full Carbon 3 piece wing makes the model easy to transport and in addition it has a two piece removable V tail.

Wing section is NH507m1, great for thermal duration with excellent launch and search capabilities. Accurate landings are possible with its large flaps and excellent handling at low air speeds. This model is a must have for those who prefer a V tail high performance F3J model. In the right hands another contest winner.

Shadow V

"I came accross the Acemodel website while looking for a new moulded F3J/Open model. After chatting with the store owner he recommended the Shadow. I can only express how glad I am to have purchased this model. Its performance is excellent and is easy to fly. I had it completed in just over a week of evenings so build time is quiet fast. The model is strong and its perfomance is fantastic. Don't think about it just get one!"
