Product Information

The Radina is a great model if you are just starting DLG or F3K. The fuselage is constructed from extremely light carbon/kevlar composite, and the one peice wing is fully moulded  from balsa/glass/carbon composite. Tail surfaces are made from lightly moulded composites with carbon reinforcment. The sheath nose is removable and allows easy access to radio equipment. Th Radina requires 3 or 4 Channel R/C and 3 or 4 micro servos. The model is quite competitive in F3K or just fly it for fun! To complete the model requires some additional parts. Control horns and pushrods are not included.

Radina / Highlight Discus

"Excellently engineered kit. Capable of winning major UK competitions. This year (2007) I got 2nd place at RadioGlide, wish I had not tried to fly my new untrimmed model of a different design - had I used my old Highlight Discus throughout the comp I would have won. Have used three models of this design during the last 5 years and have never managed to destroy any of them. Gave one away and still fly the other two."
