The SUPER SOARMASTER is a new F3J glider of all-GRP/CFRP construction. At the design stage particular attention was paid to low all-up weight, in order to achieve long flight times even without thermal assistance - an important factor in F3J competition work. The wing panels and tailplane are of hollow-moulded construction and are supplied already painted in two colours. All control surface are attached using "living hinges". The wing is in three parts, i.e. the outboard panels can be removed for ease of transport. The square-section wing joiner is solid CFRP, and the wings and tailplane are attached to the fuselage using metal socket-head screws. For accurate landings the ailerons and camber-changing flaps can be set to the "butterfly" (crow) setting. This is a model capable of winning any contest in the right hands. Excellent launch and search capabilities.
