Our interactive website allows customers to cancel any order that has not yet been processed. In order to cancel an order please follow these guidelines:

1. Login to your account using email address and password
2. Click "order history" in the Account Info table
3. Locate the order you wish to cancel, click on it to open the order page and click the "Cancel" button.

You will receive an automatic email to confirm the order cancellation. Note: It is not possible to cancel orders that are marked  "Shipped"  If your order is marked "Processing" it may still be possible to cancel but you must contact us to do so. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to accept delivery of the order and then apply for an RMA number in order to return the order to us.
