May 2nd 2010. Sebastian feigle wins Bulgarian Cup 2010 Eurotour Contest in Dupnitza flying Xplorer V tail models. Congratulations to him. Xplorer was 1st and 2nd Place seniors and 1st place Juniors. Pictures and detail will follow. Pictures by Nick Kidd here. April 2010. A new model from NAN Model. The Xplorer mini E with 2.4m span wing based on the larger Xplorer F3J model. More details... 14th Dec 2009. We now have stock of our own Towline in various sizes. Aceline is manufactured to the highest standard and is specifically designed for F3J/F3B launching. The lines come in lengths of 310m and thicknesses of 1.15, 1.25 and 1.35mm. 28th Sept 2009. Kev Dart wins the Towner Trophy with his Xplorer, congrats. This competition is always a pleasure to fly in and many pilots use quiet old models which add to the fun. Gallery photos here from Nick Kidd. 21st Sept 2009. The final qualification round of the F3J League was flown at Twywell. The weather was excellent and made a nice change from bad weather we had at the previous event. The UK team for next years WC is Austin Guerrier, Colin Paddon and Adrian Lee. A picture of the Fly Off pilots below. 2/3 May 2009. The Bulgaria Cup 2009 was a great success. Saturday conditions were chagable and the first 4 rounds difficult. Sunday saw much better weather and all rounds were flown out. Philip Kolb won the contest with Benedikt Feigle second and Milivoj Hacaljuc third. Benedeikt managed an official flight time of 14.59.00 in the Fly Off with his Xplorer. 13th April 2009. At last our season is beginning, we had great weather for our F3J practice day at Ashurst West Sussex. We had a chance to test our new models and try 2.4Ghz for the first time. So far it looks as if it works great for F3J models. Here are some great pictures of the day. 5th Feb 2009. Graupner release many new products including a new MC-32 which will be available in 35MHz, 2.4GHz or both, changable by software switch. Graupner 2.4Ghz IFS now with "FSHH" constant frequency hopping system. Details here Dec 2008. New Xplorer X Tail and Shadow reviews added. We now stock a New range of Wing Bags for the Xplorer, Shadow and other models. Manufactured in Germany to very high standards! 28th Sept 2008. Towner trophy Barcs open contest, Xplorer made second place flown by Myself. It was a pleasant day, the weather was fantastic. There were many older models there from times gone by. Colin Paddon flew his own design oldy the Fendon which had a nice wing bend on launch. Some pictures below.
14th Sept 2008. Xplorer wins the Peterborough Barcs Open contest, flown by myself! 26th-27th July 2008. Colin Paddon wins Interglide F3J Eurotour 2008 flying his Shadow full carbon. Further information will be updated soon. 30thJune-5th July 2008. Benedikt Feigl from Germany wins the F3J World Championships with the new Xplorer! Nan Model continues to produce world class F3J models. Congratulations also to Primos Rizner for 7th place also flying an Xplorer.
8th Jan 2008. We can now offer 2.4Ghz friendly models. The Xperience Pro and Shadow are available with this option if required. Other models in the range are also available with this option. NAN model continues to offer new developements to their range to meet the latest standards. July 29th 2007 Congratulations to Andy Cox taking 1st place at the Tonbridge Open contest flying his Xperience Pro, second place Graham Wicks, also flying Xperience Pro models. Xperience and Shadow now come with a removable V tail. The V tail comes in 2 parts that can be quickly removed for transportation.
15th July 2007 Congratulations to Philip Kolb winner of The Bulgarian Cup 2007. 1st Prize Xperience Pro F3J model! Colin Paddon wins Interglide F3J Eurotour 2007 flying his Xperience Pro!! More news and details on the Interglide Website. Colin collected the first prize, another Xperience Pro F3J model from sponsors NAN Model and ourselves.
8th April 2007. The season has started with an F3J get together at Ashurst in Sussex, quite a few attended and the weather gave us a great day to set up our models. We also had time to give help to a few newcomers to F3J. 27th July-6th August 2006. The 5th F3J World Championships.
