Alex XL is a 2.1m slope model. Capable of high speed aerobatics or gentle sloping. With full span ailerons and flaps the model is highly manouverable. The flaps can be used to increase or decrease the camber of the wing to help in thermals and speed runs. It is light enough to fly on calm days and is also at home in more windy conditions. Landing on the slope is made easy by setting up crow braking using both Flaps and ailerons. The fuselage is constructed from glass/carbon/kevlar composites and is fully 2.4Ghz friendly. The two piece full Carbon D-Box wing is removable for easy transport, as it the 2 piece V Tails. The model requires six servo's for full control. Fuselage pushrods come pre-installed and a few evenings work will have it ready to fly.
